1st Internet and WiFi's broadband services utilise the National Broadband Network (nbn) infrastructure, delivered using the nbn technology available at your premises, including Fixed Line and Fixed Wireless services where available.
The plan information above includes the relevant plan speeds and typical evening speeds for each plan family.
nbn Internet plans are available in selected coverage areas and are subject to the nbn technology and infrastructure available at your premises. Use our address checker to determine whether your address is served by Fixed Line or Fixed Wireless and which plans are available.
Actual throughput speeds may be slower than the listed plan speed and can vary due to factors including content source, hardware and software configuration, device load, WiFi conditions and the nbn access technology at your premises.
If suitable nbn equipment is already installed, generally no additional nbn equipment is required when transferring service.
If required nbn equipment is not installed, nbn may need to visit and install it. Where an appointment is required, a person aged 18 years or over will need to be present.
nbn retains ownership of equipment it installs.
Use a modem/router or WiFi device compatible with your nbn technology and chosen plan. Upgrading WiFi equipment may improve coverage or performance, particularly with higher-speed plans.
If you are moving, check your new address to determine the nbn technology available at the new premises, then contact 1st Internet and WiFi to discuss your moving options.
This service is month-to-month with no fixed term.
